1. 7-day cooling-off
Under Section 44 of the ECTA, you may return any product purchased online within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Shipping to return the item is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
2. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos to info@sickculture.co.za.
- We’ll arrange a courier collection at our cost.
- Replacement, repair, or refund — your choice, as required by the Consumer Protection Act.
3. 6-month warranty
All products are covered by the implied CPA warranty for 6 months from delivery against latent manufacturing defects.
4. Exclusions
- Bespoke, commissioned, or custom-made items (including commissioned artworks) cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Prints that have been framed, mounted, or altered after delivery cannot be returned unless faulty.
5. How to start a return
Email info@sickculture.co.za with your order number and reason. We’ll respond within one business day with next steps.
6. Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
